• Extensive documentation review.
• Demographic analysis.
• Review of relevant social, economic and environmental trends, industry guidelines and frameworks.
• Audit and spatial mapping of existing open space and community facilities.
• Assessment of the financial viability and long-term capability of existing facilities to meet current and emerging community needs.

• Identification of areas of ‘Best Practice’ to be addressed to support the development of public open space and community facilities to meet the needs of the current and future population.

• The Strategy will allow the Town to meet community needs by responding to the changing demographic needs with community infrastructure designed to meet those needs.
