We were very pleased to learn that the City of Kwinana has endorsed the Kwinana Regional Open Space (KROS) Feasibility and Business Case, which proposes a regional sport and recreation facility featuring 10 indoor courts and outdoor hardcourts.
Otium Director Dave Lanfear worked closely with the Kwinana team to develop and prepare the Feasibility Study and Business Case for the project, which will deliver much-needed sport and recreation infrastructure to the growing region and help build long-term community wellbeing. A fantastic outcome for everyone involved!
